  My children go here for their ortho care... as some of the other reviews have stated, the work is poorly done at times. My daughter has had her brackets break a few times already much easier than they should. My main complaint though is how rude the staff can be. I called to ask why my medical card could not be used to cover braces and was told " we don't take the time to do pre-approvals" but in a less polite manner. I called my insurance and spoke to them and had everything cleared with a direct number they could call to get immediate approval... When I called WGM back they argued with me that I knew nothing about what I was speaking of and they did not have the time to make the exception for me. They are also lacking when it comes to answering questions about billing and seem agitated for having to take time to deal with people. The quality of work I've seen from them at the cost they charge; plus the "customer care" is not on par.
