- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪She was my doctor for a few years. Very down to earth and approachable. She treated me like a person and not a number. She remembered me and my personal history. I felt like I could talk to her on a person to person level not from a (I am your doctor) stand point. She was experienced no I rarely had to wait. I could get same day appointments regularly. The staff was helpful for the most part. I could be honest with her and she was not judgmental. The front desk didn't always have their ducks in a row. Kim was practical no listened to what you said and took in requests, however, she was not a sugar coat it kind of doctor. She was more like no bull and get to the point.
